HR & Development Manager (Part-Time)
Location: UK (Hybrid)
Part-Time: 3 days per week
I am partnering with a boutique & high-profile professional services firm who are looking to recruit a HR Development Manager to join the firm. This role will encompass key areas of HR including: people development and performance, operations, employee relations, learning and development, and employee engagement.
Working closely with senior leadership, you will ensure HR best practice, support employee wellbeing and development, and help foster a positive, high-performing culture.

Key Responsibilities
- Partner & help advise the Partners on people related initiatives and matters.
- People Development & talent management & appraisals.
- Coaching.
- Act as the main point of contact for HR matters.
- Advise managers on employee relations, employment law, performance, and people issues.
- Maintain HR policies, processes, and employment documentation.
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, performance reviews, salary reviews, and absence processes.
- Support disciplinary, grievance, and family leave matters.
- Maintain HR systems, employee records, and people data.
- Coach and support employees in their professional development.
- Identify learning and development opportunities across the business.
- Drive employee engagement, wellbeing, and culture initiatives.
- Provide HR reporting and insights to support decision-making.

About You
An experienced HR & People Development professional with a background in law/professional services is essential in this role. Ideally you will have an active interest in coaching and will take a lead on all people development initiatives.
