Role Description
The Human Resources Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in the London Area, United Kingdom. This role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day HR operations, including managing employee life cycle processes such as onboarding, documentation, performance reviews, and offboarding. The Human Resources Executive will handle employee relations, address workplace concerns, and support a positive, inclusive culture aligned with company values. The role includes administering HR policies, ensuring compliance with local labor laws, maintaining HR records, and supporting payroll and benefits coordination in partnership with relevant teams. The Human Resources Executive will also assist with recruitment activities, HR reporting, and support management with HR-related advice and initiatives.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management to oversee core HR functions and support strategic people initiatives.
- Practical experience in HR Operations and HR Policies to manage day-to-day processes and ensure compliant, consistent practices.
- Solid Employee Relations skills to address concerns, facilitate conflict resolution, and promote a healthy work environment.
- Competencies in recruitment support, talent onboarding, and basic HR analytics or reporting.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with attention to detail and confidentiality.
- Relevant experience in a human resources role, preferably within a fast-paced or digital/technology-focused environment, is beneficial.
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
- Familiarity with UK employment laws and HR best practices, along with proficiency in HRIS or HR-related software, is advantageous.
