The Opportunity
As the HR Generalist, you will support the full employee lifecycle while partnering closely with stakeholders across the business. You'll be involved in a broad range of HR activities and will help deliver an exceptional employee experience globally.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, development, performance management, and offboarding
- Supporting global payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance across multiple jurisdictions
- Administering and enhancing employee benefits programmes
- Providing day-to-day HR advice and guidance to employees and managers
- Supporting global mobility and immigration processes
- Coordinating learning and development initiatives and employee engagement programmes
- Assisting with HR projects, policy development, and process improvement initiatives
- Maintaining HR systems and employee data with a high level of accuracy
- Ensuring compliance with employment legislation and HR best practice across international locations
- Building strong relationships with stakeholders across the business and acting as a trusted HR partner

About You
You will bring:
- 6+ years of progressive HR experience
- Experience gained within venture capital, private equity, financial services, investment management, professional services, or a similarly fast-paced environment
- Strong knowledge of the full employee lifecycle
- Proven experience managing or supporting global payroll operations
- Solid employee benefits administration experience
- Understanding of immigration and international employment considerations
- Exposure to learning and development programmes and initiatives
- Experience supporting employees and stakeholders across multiple countries
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise competing demands
- A hands-on, solutions-focused mindset and willingness to roll up your sleeves
