This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being close to the operation, supporting leaders day-to-day while also improving systems, processes and the overall people function.

You’ll take ownership across:

  • HR systems & HRIS integration – improving processes, data quality and reporting
  • Employee Relations – confidently managing ER cases and coaching managers
  • Recruitment & onboarding – supporting hiring across operational and professional roles
  • Performance management – embedding effective processes and increasing accountability
  • Employee engagement – developing and implementing practical engagement initiatives
  • People data & benchmarking – using MI, trends and external benchmark data to support decisions
  • Manager capability – giving leaders the tools, processes and guidance to manage their teams effectively
  • Continuous improvement – identifying opportunities to automate, simplify and strengthen HR processes

You’ll ideally be CIPD Level 5 qualified (or equivalent), commercially minded, systems-focused and comfortable operating autonomously while remaining very hands-on.

This is a fully on-site role in Milton Keynes and would suit someone looking for genuine ownership and the opportunity to help drive a people function forward.
