Location: Euston, London | Hybrid Working – 3 days in the office

Permanent | £38,000 - £42,000

The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Generalist to support the full employee lifecycle and partner closely with managers across the business. This role offers broad exposure across recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, compliance, benefits, and HR projects.

The successful candidate will be a trusted point of contact for employees and leaders, helping to create a positive, compliant, and engaging working environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including advertising, screening, interview coordination and offer management
  • Lead onboarding and induction processes for new hires
  • Act as a first point of contact for employee relations matters
  • Support benefits administration and employee lifecycle processes
  • Maintain and update HRIS records, ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Assist with performance review cycles and objective-setting processes
  • Ensure HR policies and procedures remain compliant with UK employment legislation
  • Coordinate training and development initiatives
  • Produce HR reports and people metrics
  • Support compensation reviews, salary benchmarking, and audits
  • Assist with HR projects, employee engagement, and recognition initiatives
  • Provide occasional office management cover when required

Requirements

  • Good understanding of UK employment law
  • Experience using HR systems and HRIS platforms
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Strong organisational and prioritisation abilities
  • High levels of discretion and professionalism
  • CIPD Level 5 desirable
  • Able to commute to Central London and work a hybrid schedule
