Human Resources (HR) Operations Specialist
Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Work Arrangement: Hybrid

Salary: £46,000-£58,000/year
Job Summary
We are hiring an HR Operations Specialist to support HR processes, systems, and data accuracy. You'll help maintain HR records, support process improvements, and ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate employee data across HR systems
- Support HR process documentation and improvement efforts
- Assist with onboarding, offboarding, and status change processing
- Prepare HR reports and support data audits
- Respond to HR operational inquiries from employees and managers
- Support compliance with company policies and employment regulations
- Assist with special HR projects as assigned

Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 0-2 years of experience in HR operations or HR support
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
- Good problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
