Job Opportunity: HR Systems and Analytics Team Member
Our client, an award-winning international law firm, is looking for an ambitious and analytically minded person to join their HR Systems and Analytics team. This is an excellent opportunity for an organized, data-minded HR professional who enjoys improving systems, producing useful insights, and delivering responsive support.
Supporting the wider HR function, your role will be to help keep their HR systems accurate, accessible, and ready for the future. You will gain broad exposure across HR operations while contributing to upgrades involving AI, analytics, recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and learning technology.
The role is hybrid working (3 days in the office) in London, and they want to bring someone in initially on a 12-month Fixed-Term Contract (FTC), with the potential to be extended or even go permanent.

Key Responsibilities
- Administer HR systems, user access, employee data changes, and regular data audits.
- Produce scheduled reports and respond to HR data and management information requests.
- Support the annual performance review cycle, including system set-up, reminders, and progress reporting.
- Coordinate benefits data imports and support annual benefits enrolment.
- Help deliver practising certificate renewals for lawyers across relevant jurisdictions.
- Contribute to HR technology upgrades and projects spanning recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and learning.
- Produce firmwide and departmental diversity and inclusion reports.
- Maintain HR content on the firm’s SharePoint intranet and employee records.
- Respond to HR queries, and support wider HR projects as required.
Requirements
- At least 1-2 years’ experience working on HR Systems and Data Analytics in a fast-paced office environment; legal or professional services experience would be an advantage.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, including formulae, VLOOKUPs, filtering, charts, and pivot tables.
- Some experience using HR systems; configuration or administration experience would be particularly valuable.
- Exposure to reporting tools such as Crystal Reports, Power BI, or similar is desirable but not essential.
- Excellent organization, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- A proactive, dependable, and flexible approach, with the confidence to communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders.
- The ability to prioritize, stay calm under pressure, and work collaboratively.
