HRIS Analyst - Banking | Perm | Hybrid working | £50,000 - £60,000 | City
Tiger is proud to be partnering with a values-led bank, renowned for its long-term, trust-based approach to banking. The business is supported by strong, expert central Functions teams including a growing HR Technology function currently at the heart of a major Workday transformation programme.
The Opportunity
We're recruiting for an HRIS Analyst to join a high-performing HR Technology team of five, playing a key role in the development and ongoing management of the organisation's HR systems landscape and HR analytics function.
This is a rare opportunity to be part of a large-scale Workday implementation - spanning Core HCM, Payroll, Recruitment, Absence Management, and Reporting/Analytics - offering genuine exposure to end-to-end system delivery at a significant, CV-enhancing scale. Beyond the migration, the team retains ownership of existing platforms (including iTrent, an ATS platform, and Cornerstone) until they are retired, so the role also carries responsibility for the ongoing maintenance, compliance, security, and roadmap of the wider HR tech estate.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
