HR Transformation Analyst / Consultant – AI & Automation
Location: UK | Hybrid – 3 days onsite
Technology: Oracle HCM / Oracle Fusion HCM
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced HR Transformation / HR Technology Consultant to support a major HR transformation focused on AI, automation, HR technology and process improvement. This is a delivery-focused transformation role rather than a hands-on AI engineering position. You will work alongside senior HR, HRIT, Technology and business stakeholders to help shape and deliver transformation initiatives across people, process and technology. Strong experience with Oracle HCM / Oracle Fusion HCM is highly desirable.
The role would suit someone who has worked on HR transformation, HRIS, HR technology implementation or process improvement programmes and is looking to take on broader responsibility across transformation and emerging AI-enabled HR solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of HR transformation initiatives across people, process, technology and operating model.
- Work with project and transformation leads to develop and maintain transformation roadmaps and delivery plans.
- Gather and analyse HR and business requirements and translate them into practical process and technology solutions.
- Support Oracle HCM / Oracle Fusion HCM transformation and implementation activities.
- Identify opportunities to simplify, standardise and automate HR processes.
- Support the identification and assessment of AI, GenAI and automation opportunities within HR.
- Help evaluate use cases for employee self-service, AI-enabled support and intelligent automation.
- Work with HR, HRIT, Technology, Data and business stakeholders to understand requirements and manage delivery.
- Support project governance, including risks, issues, actions, dependencies and status reporting.
- Contribute to business cases, options analysis and transformation recommendations.
- Support testing, implementation, change and adoption activities.
- Help monitor transformation benefits, adoption and operational improvements.
- Prepare clear and concise updates, analysis and recommendations for project and programme leadership.
- Support stakeholder engagement and help ensure transformation initiatives are delivered effectively.

What We're Looking For
HR Transformation / HR Technology
- Experience working in HR Transformation, HR Technology, HRIT, HRIS or related consulting environments.
- Experience supporting enterprise HR transformation or HR technology programmes.
- Good understanding of HR processes and how technology can improve the employee and HR experience.
- Experience with Oracle HCM / Oracle Fusion HCM is highly desirable.
- Experience gathering and documenting business and HR requirements.
- Experience supporting process improvement, standardisation or automation.
- Understanding of HR operating models and shared service environments.
- Experience working across multiple stakeholder groups.
- Experience supporting project or programme governance.
- Good understanding of risks, issues, dependencies and delivery planning.
- Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.

AI & Automation
