Join our dynamic team as a Human Resources Intern specialising in Talent Acquisition Partner, where you will play a vital role in shaping our workforce. Imagine diving into the world of recruitment, where you will assist in sourcing and engaging top talent for our organisation. You will collaborate closely with experienced recruiters, gaining hands-on experience in the recruitment process, from preparing roles to advertise, screening candidates to processing offers. How You’ll Make An Impact
- You will prepare engaging job adverts, post roles and assist in sourcing candidates through various channels, including job boards and social media.
- You will collaborate with the recruitment team to coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
- You will engage with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates and feedback throughout.
- You will conduct employment checks and process offers on acceptance.
- You will participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to enhance our recruitment strategies.

- You are a recent graduate or currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, Marketing or a related degree discipline.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong organisational skills.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Familiarity with social media platforms such as LinkedIn.
- You have a passion for connecting with people and building relationships.
- Competent in using Microsoft Office Packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
