Located in a leading center of innovation, the branch brings together a diverse group of undergraduates and postgraduates to work on meaningful consulting projects. Operating on a pro bono basis, it supports NGOs, nonprofits, and startups by offering consulting services without fees, emphasizing social responsibility and equitable access to expertise. Interdisciplinary teams collaborate to solve complex challenges and deliver creative solutions for clients. Through mentorship and hands-on project work, the branch cultivates future leaders committed to societal change.
Role Description
As a Human Resources Intern at Blackmont Consulting New Delhi Branch, you will support HR operations and contribute to building a positive, inclusive environment for student consultants and project teams. This internship role is remote, allowing you to collaborate with team members and clients virtually. Day-to-day tasks may include:

- Assisting with recruitment and onboarding processes
- Maintaining personnel records
- Helping implement HR policies and procedures
- Supporting the administration of employee benefits-related information
- Contributing to documentation and basic HR reporting
- Helping coordinate communication between team members
The role also offers opportunities to learn about HR best practices in a consulting context and participate in initiatives that enhance engagement and professional development.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess foundational skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of HR Policies and Employee Benefits.
- Candidates should possess basic experience or interest in Personnel Management.
- Strong organizational, time management, and documentation skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work in diverse teams.
- Proficiency in common office and collaboration tools (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, online communication platforms).
- Current enrollment in, or recent completion of, a degree program in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.
- Interest in social impact, consulting, and working with NGOs, nonprofits, and startups.
