Role Description
This is a part-time, remote role for a Human Resources Intern at Medestra®. The intern will support day-to-day HR operations, including assisting with recruitment activities, coordinating interviews, and helping maintain employee records and documentation. Responsibilities will include supporting the development and communication of HR policies, contributing to onboarding processes, and providing administrative assistance related to employee benefits and personnel management. The intern will collaborate with HR leadership on data entry, reporting, and process improvements, while gaining exposure to HR practices in a healthcare-focused digital agency.

- Foundational knowledge of Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with an interest in developing practical experience.
- Ability to understand and support HR Policies, Employee Benefits processes, and Personnel Management activities.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate in a remote environment.
- Proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, documents, HR or applicant tracking systems is a plus).
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
- Interest in the healthcare and digital marketing sectors; prior internship or project experience is an advantage.
