Role Description

The Human Resources Intern role is Remotely. The intern will support HR operations, including assisting with recruitment activities such as posting job ads, screening applications, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate records. Day-to-day tasks include helping implement HR policies, updating employee files, supporting personnel management processes, and assisting with onboarding and orientation for new team members.

Qualifications

  • Current university students or recent graduates from any country.
  • A basic understanding of Human Resources fundamentals.
  • Interest in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and HR Operations.
  • Good communication skills and a willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • No prior professional HR experience is required.
