A focused four weeks internship designed to accelerate your practical Human resource skills through real work. You will contribute to live tasks, not toy exercises, and leave with hands-on professional experience.

Duration: Eight Weeks

Job Type: Unpaid Internship

What You Will Get:

  • Work on self-paced, guided tasks covering core HRM all areas, including Recruitment & Selection, Talent Acquisition, Resume Screening, Interviewing, Onboarding, Performance Management, Employee Engagement, and HR Documentation.
  • Build and document practical HR deliverables you can add to your professional portfolio.
  • Receive direct feedback throughout the program.
  • Collaborate asynchronously with global peers and the Professional Development Team.
  • Receive a certificate upon successful completion of the internship.

Requirements:

  • No prior HR experience required.
  • A genuine desire to build a HRM career by working on diverse HR processes, and real-world tasks.
  • Graduates or students in their 5th semester or above, pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management, Psychology, or a relevant field, with a genuine interest in HR.
  • Strong interpersonal and people management skills.
  • Previous HR, recruitment, or leadership experience will be a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively and convey ideas professionally.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proactive, responsible, and eager to learn in a dynamic environment.
  • Reliable internet access and a working laptop.
