Role Description
The Human Resources Intern will support day-to-day HR operations in a part-time, remote role. Responsibilities include:

- Assisting with maintaining employee records
- Helping administer HR policies and procedures
- Supporting onboarding and orientation activities
- Helping coordinate employee benefits information
- Tracking attendance or leave data
- Contributing to personnel management processes
Additional tasks may include:
- Preparing HR documentation
- Supporting internal communications
- Assisting with recruitment activities
- Contributing to HR projects that enhance employee experience and organizational effectiveness
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess foundational skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management.
- Candidates should possess skills related to HR Policies and Employee Benefits.
- Candidates should possess skills in Personnel Management and basic employee record-keeping.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills and comfort working in a remote, collaborative environment.
- Proficiency with common office software and willingness to learn HR systems and tools.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Interest in leadership development, wellbeing, and community-focused initiatives is an advantage.
