Role Description
The Human Resources Intern role at Crown Fund is a full-time, on-site position based in Edinburgh. The intern will support the HR team with day-to-day administrative tasks, including maintaining employee records, assisting with onboarding processes, and updating HR databases and documents.

Responsibilities include:


Get help with your application
Your very own career expert that helps elevate your application to the next level.
- Helping to coordinate recruitment activities
- Scheduling interviews
- Preparing HR-related communications
- Supporting the implementation of HR policies and procedures
The intern will also assist with employee benefits administration, gather and organize HR metrics, and help respond to employee inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
This role provides hands-on exposure to HR operations in a growing, venture-focused organization and offers opportunities to contribute to process improvements and employee experience initiatives.
Qualifications
- Possess foundational skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management.
- Possess skills in HR Policies and Employee Benefits administration.
- Possess skills in Personnel Management and basic employee lifecycle support.
- Possess strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and organizational abilities.
- Possess proficiency with standard office software (e.g., MS Office or similar) and the ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
- Possess an interest in HR as a career path; enrollment in or completion of a degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is beneficial.
- Possess the ability to work collaboratively on-site in Edinburgh and adapt to a dynamic, venture-oriented environment.
