Nordex UK have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Human Resources Intern starting in Summer 2027.

12-month Internship starting in August 2027
Location
Didsbury, Manchester
Hours
Our people work a 37-hour week which includes a 3pm finish on Fridays.
Please be aware successful candidates are required to commit to a 12 month full-time placement
How can you make a difference?
As a Human Resources Intern you will work with our People & Culture team to support the Human Resources strategy across Nordex UK & Ireland, part of the global Nordex Group. This is a 12-month internship for a placement student who is looking to gain hands-on experience in a busy environment to develop skills within a Human Resources environment.
What will you be doing?
- Maintaining and updating employee records and HR databases
- Assisting with recruitment and onboarding activities
- Supporting employee engagement initiatives and HR Projects
- Providing administration support to the HR team
- Assisting with reports, metrics and presentations
- Supporting with learning & development related projects
What are we looking for?
You will either be:
- Studying a Human Resources or Business degree and be looking to undertake a placement as part of your degree
- A recent graduate with a Human Resources or Business degree who is looking for some work experience in this role.
Other skills and behaviours required for this role include:
- An eagerness to develop a career in Human Resources
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- AI knowledge and how it can be used to improve efficiency
- High level of competency in using MS Office packages
- Ability to prioritise tasks and work to tight deadlines
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn

Recruitment Process
1st Stage

Stage 2
- We will review each application we receive and will let you know by the end of November 2026 if we will be proceeding with your application

Stage 3
- If your application is successful in reaching stage 3, you will be invited to attend one of our assessment centres. Our assessment centres are designed to be fun and to give you an opportunity to show us how amazing you will be as an intern at Nordex. Our assessment centres will take place in Manchester in December 2026.
Stage 4
- Successful candidates will be notified by the beginning of January 2027
Stage 5
- Successful candidates will join our team in August 2027
