HR Transformation Lead

We’re looking for an experienced HR Transformation Lead to join a large, complex organisation and play a key role in delivering a significant people transformation agenda.
This is a strategic, delivery-focused role suited to someone who has led HR transformation and organisation design programmes within complex, matrixed environments. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders to translate business strategy into practical organisational change and ensure transformation initiatives land successfully.
What you’ll be doing
- Lead the delivery of key HR and People transformation programmes
- Drive organisation design activity, including structures, accountabilities, spans and layers
- Support workforce planning and future organisational requirements
- Translate People strategy into clear, deliverable transformation plans
- Partner with senior leaders and HR stakeholders across the organisation
- Manage multiple workstreams, dependencies and priorities
- Support the implementation and embedding of organisational change
- Provide structure, governance and momentum across complex transformation initiatives

What we're looking for
- Strong experience in HR / People Transformation
- Demonstrable Organisation Design / Organisational Effectiveness experience
- Experience delivering complex change programmes within a large organisation
- Confidence working with and influencing senior stakeholders
- Strong programme and project delivery capability
- Comfortable operating across multiple business areas and priorities
- A pragmatic approach with the ability to take transformation from strategy through to implementation
