About the Role

My client is looking to recruit a HR Lead for a fast-growth FMCG. As HR Lead, you'll be a key member of the Europe Leadership Team, partnering with business leaders (Directors and above) to turn business priorities into practical people strategies that support retention, development, and results.

Your Priorities Will Include:

  • Succession planning and leadership development to strengthen the leadership pipeline and support long-term business continuity
  • Reviewing and modernising HR policies, processes, and employee programmes so they remain scalable, compliant, and fit for purpose across multiple countries
  • Establishing stronger governance and consistency across Europe, balancing local needs with a more unified employee experience
  • Using analytics and evidence-based insight to guide workforce planning, workforce shaping, and talent decisions
  • Supporting organisational transformation and change management
  • Partnering with People Operations and HR Centres of Excellence on onboarding, employee relations, and future-ready programmes
  • Championing safety, equity, inclusion, and diversity, and creating a safe environment for our team
  • Developing and mentoring the Europe HR team

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organisational Psychology, or a related field (equivalent experience considered)
  • Proven ability to execute HR strategy at different levels of an organisation
  • Strong analytical skills and a track record of improving processes, technology, and ways of working
  • Excellent communicator who can adapt style for any audience, from the shop floor to the boardroom
  • Able to balance competing priorities and work with diverse stakeholders
  • Supervisory/Management experience
