Part-Time HR Manager - Rotherham

Elevation HR are recruiting for a Part-Time HR Manager to join a manufacturing business in Rotherham on a permanent basis at 20 hours per week across 3 to 5 days.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR professional looking for a part-time role working for an SME that still offers plenty of variety and ownership. In this standalone role, you’ll take responsibility across the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding through to performance management, employee relations and leavers, while working closely with managers across the business.

Responsibilities:

• Providing a broad HR service across the business, advising employees and managers on HR policies, procedures and people-related queries
• Managing the full recruitment and selection process, including advertising, interviews, offers and all new starter documentation
• Oversee benefits and payroll changes, working closely with the Finance team to ensure information is accurate and processed effectively
• Coordinate the performance review process and support managers with performance-related matters
• Provide practical guidance and coaching to managers on employee relations issues, helping to find appropriate and effective resolutions
• Coordinate training and development activity alongside departmental managers, as well as providing coaching, training and relevant HR updates
• Maintain accurate employee records, HR databases and job descriptions, while supporting wider HR projects and research as required
