Job Title: Interim HR Manager
My Client based in Uxbridge are seeking an experienced Interim HR Manager who will be responsible for leading the UK HR function across all areas of the employee lifecycle, supporting the delivery of business objectives and the HR strategy.
Responsibilities
- HR Management: Manage the monthly payroll process, ensuring all employees are paid accurately, on time, and with care.
- HR Operations: Work closely with a HR Advisor as a small, two-person HR team, balancing strategic priorities with hands-on, day-to-day HR operations.
- Employee Relations: Extensive experience of managing employee relations issues, and a comprehensive practical working knowledge of employment law.
- Recruitment: Proven experience of recruiting at all levels, working with management to produce long-term resourcing and development plans for their teams to meet the business strategy.
- Stakeholder Management: A proven ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- HR Database Management: Highly skilled in HR database management.
- Confidentiality: Demonstrable experience of dealing with highly confidential and often sensitive information.

Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent business communication skills including verbal, written, and presentational with strong interpersonal skills.

- Excellent organization and planning skills with the ability to manage a voluminous workload, often with conflicting priorities, and to stringent deadlines.
- The ability and attributes necessary to drive continuous improvement to the quality and timeliness of all HR processes.
- Must be numerate / commercially astute with exceptionally high standards and meticulous attention to detail.
- Flexible approach to meet the changing demand of the business.

Requirements
- Previous and proven experience in a HR Manager/generalist role is essential.
- Proven experience in payroll is essential.
Work Environment
You will be required on-site 3 days a week at their fabulous offices in Uxbridge. This is a really amazing opportunity to work with passionate, high-performing people within a positive and inclusive environment.
