HR Operations Team Lead
Salary: Competitive

Overview
Our client, an international law firm, is looking for an experienced HR Operations Team Lead to lead an HR administration team and support the effective delivery of HR operational services.
You will oversee day-to-day processing, service standards and team performance while coaching colleagues, managing workloads and driving process improvements. You will also deputise for the HR Administration Manager and support wider HR policies, procedures and compliance requirements.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop an HR administration team, providing coaching and mentoring.
- Monitor service delivery, quality standards and compliance with agreed processes and SLAs.
- Use management information to allocate work, balance workloads and monitor team performance.
- Oversee key HR processing activities, including payroll-related administration, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
- Lead complex process improvements to increase operational efficiency.
- Take ownership of key annual HR administration processes.
- Act as the first escalation point for HR administration colleagues and their teams.
- Deputise for the HR Administration Manager and support other HR Operations Managers as required.
- Support the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures and compliance requirements.

- Proven HR administration experience with strong knowledge of HR processes and best practice.
- Strong leadership experience, including managing and developing teams.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform effectively under pressure.
- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to adapt approaches to different regional requirements and make sound decisions independently.
Desirable
- Experience working within a professional services environment.
