HR Manager – Part-Time
Location: UK
Job Type: Part-Time
Salary: £35,000–£45,000 pro rata, depending on experience
Hours: Flexible part-time hours
About the Role
Apply4U is hiring on behalf of our client for a Part-Time HR Manager to oversee day-to-day human resources activities and provide practical HR support across the organisation.
This role would suit an experienced HR professional who can work independently and provide support across recruitment, employee relations, HR administration, policies, and people management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day HR activities and employee queries
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and new starter processes
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems
- Manage HR documentation and correspondence
- Provide guidance on company HR policies and procedures
- Support employee relations matters and workplace issues
- Assist with performance management and absence processes
- Coordinate training and development activities
- Support managers with people-related queries
- Monitor HR processes and ensure documentation is maintained
- Prepare HR reports and workforce information
- Assist with reviewing and updating HR policies
- Maintain confidentiality when handling employee information
- Support compliance with employment policies and procedures

About You
- Previous experience working in an HR Manager, HR Business Partner, HR Advisor, or similar role
- Strong knowledge of HR administration and employee lifecycle processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good understanding of employment practices and HR procedures
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Able to handle confidential and sensitive information professionally
- Confident advising managers and employees
- Comfortable working independently
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and HR systems
