HR Manager – 6-Month Contract
Global FinTech | £60,000–£65,000 Pro-rata + Benefits | Hybrid
A leading global FinTech and financial markets organisation is seeking an experienced, hands-on HR Manager to join their friendly UK team on a six-month contract.
With over 1,500 employees globally, the business operates across financial markets including securities, options and derivatives. The UK office has around 150 employees and offers a friendly, sociable culture, combining a relaxed technology environment with a more corporate business setting.
The Role
Working within a small HR team and reporting to the Head of HR, you will take responsibility for a broad range of generalist HR duties across the full employee lifecycle.

Following a recent restructure, there are a number of ongoing employee relations matters, including performance management and disciplinary processes. You will work closely with managers, providing practical HR advice and helping to manage these processes.
We are looking for:
- An experienced HR Manager or Senior HR Generalist
- Strong employee relations experience
- Experience managing performance and disciplinary processes
- Comfortable working through periods of change
- A hands-on, pragmatic approach

Details
- 6-month contract
- £60,000–£65,000, depending on experience
- Hybrid working – 1 day from home
- 9am–5pm
- Completion bonus and benefits package
