Fantastic opportunity to join one of London's brightest communication agencies as an HR Business Partner

Hybrid working (3:2) with offices in a great central London location.

Salary: Between £50,000 and £55,000 depending on experience levels. Plus excellent benefits

Working as part of a talented HR team and supporting creative, engaged, high-performing teams, you will be helping to build people strategies, guide organisational changes, and support a strong team culture. Excellent data and business knowledge is required to solve complex challenges, and you will need to be comfortable partnering with business leaders to align talent priorities, team design, and workforce planning with company goals.

Your role will cover

  • Supporting and coaching managers on employee relations issues
  • Learning and development
  • Recruitment and selection
  • Ensuring compliance and keeping up to date with new legislation and policy change
  • Reward and recognition
  • Line managing junior team members
  • Using HR metrics and data to identify trends and provide useful business insights

The successful candidate will ideally have

  • A proven track record of success in an HR/ People role within the creative industry or fast-paced client focused businesses
  • Superb attention to detail
  • The ability to engage and communicate confidently and effectively at all levels throughout the business
  • People management skills
