HR MANAGER – FIXED TERM CONTRACT

💷 £60,000 per annum

Are you an experienced HR Manager looking for a role where you can take ownership, influence senior stakeholders and make a genuine impact? We’re working with an established international business that is looking for an HR Manager to lead the UK HR function on a fixed term basis.
This is a broad and varied role, ideal for someone who enjoys being a hands-on HR Business Partner and working closely with managers across the business.
What will you be doing?
- ✔️ Managing the day-to-day HR function
- ✔️ Advising managers on employee relations, performance and HR best practice
- ✔️ Managing recruitment and onboarding
- ✔️ Leading the annual performance management process
- ✔️ Supporting talent, succession and workforce planning
- ✔️ Driving employee engagement and training initiatives
- ✔️ Ensuring HR compliance, including Right to Work
- ✔️ Supporting Health & Safety and employee wellbeing
- ✔️ Providing HR reporting and insight to senior stakeholders
- ✔️ Working with international HR teams on wider projects

About you
We're looking for an experienced HR Manager / Senior HR Generalist with:
- 🔹 5+ years' HR experience
- 🔹 CIPD Level 5
- 🔹 Strong UK employment law and employee relations knowledge
- 🔹 Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- 🔹 A confident, practical and solutions-focused approach
- 🔹 Experience working across a broad HR remit
