Human Resources Manager

Tamworth, On Site, 40 Hours

Are you looking for a broad HR role where you can genuinely make a difference?

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Manager to play a key role within a successful and growing international manufacturing business.

This is an exciting role for someone who enjoys being involved in all aspects of HR, from attracting top talent and supporting managers to driving engagement and helping shape a positive workplace culture. You'll be managing the HR function for the UK team whilst working with colleagues on international projects.

The Role:

  • Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment processes for the UK organisation.
  • Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Actively supporting the Global Talent Acquisition team on international recruitment projects.
  • Providing day-to-day HR support and advice to managers and employees.
  • Supporting employee relations and helping maintain a positive workplace culture.
  • Driving employee engagement, development, and retention initiatives.
  • Ensuring HR policies and practices remain compliant with UK employment legislation.
  • Working with international HR colleagues on wider people projects and initiatives.

What we're looking for:

  • CIPD Level 5 qualified (or equivalent experience).
  • At least 5 years' HR experience, ideally including a strong recruitment or talent acquisition background.
  • Knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
  • A proactive, organised, and hands-on approach.
  • Flexibility to undertake occasional international travel.
