The Role
We are seeking a Human Resources Manager to join our team at Trump International Ireland. Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, the successful candidate will oversee the day to day operations of the HR department with responsibility for employee relations, compliance, staff engagement, recruitment and working closely with department heads to ensure a positive and legally sound working environment.

Main Responsibilities
- Manage day to day HR operations of the HR department
- Recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding
- Handling employee relations and providing guidance to line managers on employee relations matters
- Ensure company procedures are in compliance with Irish employment law
- Maintain accurate staff records and HR systems (Alkimii experience an advantage)
- Support internal communications and employee recognition initiatives
- Assist with HR reporting and audits
- Partner with the Director of HR on policy development and implementation
- Continuously look for ways to improve how HR operates and supports the wider business
Requirements
- A 3rd Level Qualification in HR or related discipline
- CIPD qualification desirable
- At least 5 years strong HR experience
- Excellent Knowledge of Irish Employment legislation
- Confident communication, excellent interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail, especially around compliance and records
- Proficiency with HRIS platforms
- Experience within a Hotel environment will be a distinct advantage
- Must be fluent in English
