HR Manager at nimbl

At nimbl, we help agency leaders take care of their people so they can focus on growing their businesses. As demand for our HR support grows, I’m looking for an experienced, CIPD Level 5 qualified practitioner to join me.

Initially 8–16 hours per week | Remote | Flexible working

This is a hands-on role supporting key clients with a mix of day-to-day HR administration, advice and people management. You’ll build relationships with business owners and managers, get to know their teams, and help them navigate people matters with confidence.

What you’ll be doing

  • Managing HR administration across the employee lifecycle, including contracts, onboarding, probation reviews, changes to terms and leavers.
  • Providing practical advice to managers on employee relations, absence, performance and flexible working.
  • Supporting appraisals, development plans and performance management processes.
  • Maintaining accurate, confidential employee records and keeping key HR actions on track.
  • Reviewing and updating policies, handbooks, templates and processes.
  • Supporting sensitive employee matters, recognising when specialist advice is needed.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve how clients manage and support their people.
  • Helping develop nimbl’s HR offering as the business grows.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
