Salary: Up to £40K DOE
Hours: Full Time

Our client, a large and well-established GP practice in Oxford, are looking to appoint an experienced HR Manager to join their Senior Leadership Team.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR professional looking for a varied role that combines people management with patient engagement. You'll take ownership of the practice's HR function, overseeing recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll, training, compliance, and staff wellbeing, while also leading on patient communications, complaints management, and service improvement initiatives.

Working closely with the Partners, Practice Manager, and Operations Manager, you'll play a key role in shaping the future of the practice and supporting both its workforce and patient community.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Previous HR management experience.
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Experience managing employee relations and HR processes.
  • NHS or Primary Care experience is desirable but not essential.
  • CIPD qualification (or working towards) is advantageous but again not essential.
