HR Manager – 360 Care Group

Location: London, with occasional travel to services as required
Salary: Circa £50,000 FTE
Working pattern: Part-time, 3 days per week
Reports to: Director of Group Operations

About Us

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR professional to play a key role in a significant period of change at 360 Care Group.

We are undertaking a major workforce transformation, moving from a predominantly agency-worker model to direct employment. The HR Manager will lead the HR workstream, developing and implementing the contracts, processes, policies and systems needed to support the transition, working closely with Operations, Finance, Payroll, Talent and Group leadership.

We are particularly interested in candidates with experience of workforce transformation, organisational change or changes to employment models and workforce structures. This is a hands-on, three-day-per-week role requiring an experienced, highly organised and autonomous HR professional who can lead a significant project alongside day-to-day HR responsibilities.

The role also offers the opportunity to help build and develop the Group’s HR function. You will be comfortable working in an environment where HR processes, systems and infrastructure are developing, and will bring the practical experience needed to establish a strong and effective HR function.

Once the transformation is embedded, the role will evolve to focus on the ongoing management and development of HR, including employee relations, compliance, HR processes, employee lifecycle, workforce data and practical support for managers and senior leaders.

Key Duties

  • Lead the HR workstream of the workforce transformation, transitioning from agency to direct employment.
  • Develop and implement employment contracts, HR policies, processes and systems to support the new employment model.
  • Work closely with Operations, Finance, Payroll, Talent and senior leadership to ensure a smooth and compliant transition.
  • Work with the Talent team to ensure a seamless transition from recruitment through to employment and onboarding.
  • Manage day-to-day HR operations, including onboarding, employee lifecycle, documentation, compliance and HR systems.
  • Provide practical advice and support to managers on employee relations, including absence, performance, disciplinary, grievance and capability matters.
  • Build manager capability and confidence through practical guidance, coaching and training, enabling managers to manage people matters effectively and consistently.
  • Support investigations and formal meetings where required.
  • Ensure employment law, safeguarding, right-to-work, DBS and regulatory requirements are met and records are maintained accurately.
  • Develop HR reporting and workforce data to support leadership decision-making.
  • Support performance, training, engagement, wellbeing and retention initiatives.
  • Identify and manage HR risks, escalating complex matters and obtaining specialist advice where required.
  • Help develop and embed a strong, practical HR function, including processes, systems, policies and manager support.
  • Once the transformation is embedded, take ownership of the ongoing development and effectiveness of the Group’s HR function.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
