HR Manager / Recruitment Specialist – 6-Month Contract, Remote

Everup is looking for an experienced and hands-on HR Manager / Recruitment Specialist to support our upcoming hiring needs.

We are planning to recruit approximately 7–10 new team members across different roles and are looking for someone who can take ownership of the recruitment process from sourcing through to the first interview stage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing and coordinating Everup’s recruitment activities, including:
    • Preparing and publishing job advertisements across LinkedIn and other relevant recruitment platforms
    • Using LinkedIn Recruiter, talent-sourcing tools and other channels to identify suitable candidates
    • Proactively scouting and approaching potential candidates
    • Reviewing CVs and applications
    • Screening candidates and managing the initial selection process
    • Conducting first-round interviews remotely
    • Shortlisting the strongest candidates for the relevant hiring managers
    • Coordinating interviews and maintaining communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process
    • Maintaining an organised recruitment pipeline and providing regular updates on hiring progress
    • Helping Everup improve its recruitment processes, candidate experience and sourcing strategy

What We Are Looking For

  • Previous experience in HR, recruitment or talent acquisition
  • Confidence managing multiple vacancies at the same time
  • Strong experience with LinkedIn and online candidate sourcing
  • Comfortable proactively approaching and screening candidates
  • Experience conducting first-stage interviews
  • Highly organised, responsive and able to work independently
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable working in a fully remote environment
  • Experience recruiting for startups, scale-ups or fast-growing businesses would be a strong advantage.

The Opportunity

This is initially a 6-month contract, with the possibility of extension or renewal depending on Everup’s ongoing recruitment needs. The role is fully remote and offers a high level of ownership over the recruitment process. You will work closely with the Everup team to help us identify and attract the right people as we continue to grow.
