HR Manager
Salary: £45K - £50K - Full-time equivalent
Hours: 36 hours/week
Term Time Only plus two weeks - 41 weeks a year
Please note this is an on-site role and sponsorship is not available.
HB partners is working with a fantastic school based near Chiswick to support their recruitment of an HR manager to join their team. We are looking for an experienced, organised, and approachable HR Professional who will provide high-quality HR support across the whole organization and the employee life cycle.

The successful candidate for this role will:
- Manage absence cases
- Oversee probation and appraisal processes
- Support onboarding and offboarding
- Help ensure full compliance and statutory requirements
You'll be a confident point of contact for staff, handling sensitive matters with professionalism, empathy, and discretion.

What we're looking for:
- At least 2 years' experience
- Experience of working in a school setting
- Up-to-date employment law knowledge
- Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
- Calm, confident decision-making under pressure
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships
- CIPD Level 3 (or working towards)
