Your Role in Our Family

Reporting to the Director of HR, be the first point of contact for our people, delivering an approachable, reliable and genuinely caring HR service

  • Lead our wellbeing programme, covering physical, mental, financial and social wellbeing
  • Run engagement surveys, employee forums and recognition schemes, turning feedback into action
  • Manage our employee benefits package, making it easy to understand and access
  • Lead succession planning and talent reviews, creating development plans for high-potential team members
  • Manage employee relations, grievance, disciplinary and absence processes fairly and compliantly
  • Lead performance review processes and coach managers to lead their teams with confidence and empathy
  • Promote a positive, inclusive workplace and champion our Vision, Purpose and Values
  • Keep HR policies, systems and records accurate, compliant and up to date

What We're Looking For

  • Excellent knowledge of current UK employment law and ACAS best practice
  • Working knowledge of employee benefits and wellbeing provision
  • A service-minded approach, treating every team member as a valued customer
  • Approachable and visible, with the empathy and discretion to handle sensitive matters
  • Strong communication, analytical and presentation skills, and confidence with Excel, Word, PowerPoint and HR systems
  • Calm, organised and flexible, able to manage a varied workload in a fast-paced environment
