We’re looking for a dynamic and strategic HR Manager to join our team and play a key role in shaping our people strategy, driving employee engagement, and ensuring our workplace continues to be a great place to work.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, payroll, training, and employee relations.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that support company goals.
- Partner with management to identify talent needs and growth opportunities.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performing work culture.
- Handle conflict resolution and provide coaching and support to employees and managers.
- Work with and support the leadership team to grow the business through effective people strategies.

About You
- At least 3 years’ experience in a similar level role.
- CIPD qualified.
- Good working knowledge of employment law and regulations in GB and NI.
- Experience of working with unions and in a manufacturing environment would be advantageous.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to balance hands-on tasks with more strategic projects.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to build trust across the business.
