We are currently working in partnership with a leading manufacturing and distribution organisation to recruit an HR Manager on a permanent basis, offering a salary of £45,000 - £50,000 per annum.
Reporting to the Group HR Director, you will provide both strategic and operational HR support across a multi-site business, partnering with managers and senior stakeholders to drive employee engagement, organisational performance, and people development.
The role will involve occasional travel to sites across the UK and offers hybrid working following probation.
Duties will include:
- Leading on complex employee relations cases
- Providing guidance on employment law and HR best practice
- Supporting recruitment, workforce planning, and succession planning
- Partnering with managers across multiple UK sites
- Delivering learning and development initiatives
- Supporting organisational change and HR projects
- Driving employee engagement and retention strategies
- Reviewing and updating HR policies and procedures
- Supporting performance management processes
- Maintaining HR systems, records, and reporting

Experience required:
- Previous HR Manager or Senior HR Business Partner experience
- Strong employee relations background with experience managing complex cases
- Sound knowledge of UK employment law
- Experience within a manufacturing, logistics, distribution, FMCG, or similar operational environment
- CIPD Level 5 qualified or above

Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday
