Job Title: HR Manager
Location: Central London
Salary: £80,000 - £85,000 negotiable + bonus
Hours: Part time: 3 days a week (flexible – open to negotiation on hours / days)
Leading, international boutique law firm are looking for an experienced HR manager to join their London team and act as first point of contact for all HR matters. The firm are looking for an HR generalist to work across the full employee lifecycle, and who also has experience with professional development and coaching. The successful candidate will be working closely with the senior management team to ensure HR best practice whilst supporting employee welfare and performance.

It is essential that you have been working as an HR manager for another law firm and have a strong working knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice. The firm also requires a competent problem solver with exceptional communication skills, with the confidence and experience to undertake partner performance reviews and manage complex people matters.
