Role Description
The Human Resources Manager at IAM Labs & Systems Ltd will oversee the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding for on-site staff in Shinfield. This contract role involves:

- Managing HR policies and procedures
- Advising managers on employee relations matters
- Ensuring compliance with relevant employment legislation and company standards

Additional responsibilities include:
- Coordinating training and development initiatives
- Maintaining accurate HR records
- Supporting payroll and benefits administration in collaboration with finance and leadership teams
- Handling employee queries
- Supporting engagement and wellbeing initiatives
- Contributing to continuous improvement of HR processes
The role is based on-site in Shinfield and requires close collaboration with leaders and team members across the organization.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in core HR management activities, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
- Knowledge of employment law, HR compliance, and best practices in policy development and implementation.
- Strong communication, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in HR information systems, document management, and basic data analysis for HR reporting and metrics.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain confidentiality, and exercise sound judgment in sensitive situations.
- Experience designing or supporting training, professional development, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Relevant professional certification or qualification in Human Resources or a related field (e.g., CIPD or equivalent) is highly beneficial.
- Prior experience working in an on-site environment and supporting operational or technical teams is an advantage.
