About the Role
Based on the outskirts of Ely, this role is being offered on a part- or full-time basis (minimum 3 days per week) with a genuine offering of flexibility. The role reports into the HR Director and the company also have support from a HR consultancy.

With exciting growth plans pending, this role initially will have an emphasis on recruitment for multiple vacancies, so experience leading recruitment campaigns would be great. You’ll also be working with managers on training and development for all employees, updating policies and procedures, and doing reporting/system work.
You’ll be managing ER cases and be the main point of contact for day-to-day HR queries. This is very much an evolving role where your new ideas are valued.

Requirements
If you’re used to working at HR Manager level (or perhaps looking to step up into this level of role) and are CIPD qualified, we’d love to hear from you!
