A well-regarded UK law firm based in Liverpool Street is looking for an HR Manager to take ownership of their trainee population, with particular focus on the firm's Training Contract and Vacation Scheme provision.
What You'll Be Doing
- Leading on induction and onboarding for each new trainee intake
- Managing seat rotations and liaising with departments to ensure smooth transitions
- Running appraisals and performance management for the trainee population
- Guiding trainees through the qualification process, including NQ role allocation
- Overseeing the firm's Training Contract and Vacation Scheme provision end to end

What They're Looking For
- A minimum of 3 years' HR experience within a legal environment
- Proven experience working directly with trainees is essential
- Strong knowledge of both routes to qualification, LPC and SQE
- A hands-on, approachable style with strong stakeholder management skills
