HR Manager – Global Airline | Gatwick
StealthWatch are partnered with a global airline who are looking to hire an experienced HR Manager to join their growing team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a globally recognised aviation business and take ownership of a broad HR remit, working closely with senior stakeholders across the organisation.
The Role
As HR Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the business across the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding through to employee relations, performance management and organisational development.

- Work closely with leadership teams to deliver effective people strategies
- Ensure HR processes, policies and employment practices remain aligned with business objectives
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience working in an HR Manager or similar HR leadership position
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice
- Experience managing employee relations, performance management and HR processes
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Commercially minded with the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
- CIPD qualification or equivalent experience preferred
- Experience within a large, complex or international organisation would be advantageous

Location & Package
- 📍 Near Gatwick Airport
