HR Manager
Surrey - hybrid working
£60,000 - £65,000 plus benefits
Middlemore is supporting a growing, established organisation to appoint an experienced HR Manager to join its team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a broad HR generalist who enjoys being close to the business, building trusted relationships and taking genuine ownership of the day-to-day people agenda.
Working within a collaborative and fast-paced environment, you’ll manage a varied HR remit spanning employee relations, recruitment and onboarding, learning and development, employee engagement, reward and benefits, HR operations and compliance.

You’ll act as a key point of contact for managers and employees, providing pragmatic HR advice and ensuring a consistently high-quality employee experience.
We’re looking for an experienced HR professional who combines strong HR fundamentals with a practical, approachable style. You will have previous experience working as a stand-alone HR Manager with good working knowledge of UK employment legislation and employee relations.
