The Opportunity

This is a hands-on, generalist HR role with genuine scope to make an impact across The PrettyGreen Group.

You’ll lead our day-to-day HR operations and be the first point of contact for most managers and employees on people-related matters. You’ll provide trusted, practical advice across employee relations, performance management, policies, employment legislation, organisational change, and the wider employee lifecycle.

You’ll help us deliver a consistently positive employee experience while ensuring our people practices remain fair, compliant, and commercially focused.

The role is four days per week, with flexibility over how those days are worked. We operate a hybrid working model, with a minimum of approximately 40% of your time, usually two days per week, spent in our London office. Plus, occasional travel to our Cheltenham office.

The Role

Employee Relations and Case Management

  • Lead and manage the majority of employee relations matters across the Group, working alongside our Group Talent Director.
  • Advise on disciplinary, grievance, capability, absence management, and flexible working cases.
  • Support managers to resolve employee issues fairly, consistently, and effectively.
  • Manage complex and sensitive cases with professionalism, empathy, and discretion.
  • Support organisational change, restructures, and consultation processes when required.
  • Ensure cases are managed in line with UK employment legislation and company policies.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
