Human Resources Manager
We are recruiting for an experienced and people-focused Human Resources Manager at each of the following hotels:
- London Marriott Hotel Regents Park
- London Marriott Hotel Kensington
- London Marriott Hotel Maida Vale
Are you passionate about people, employee development, and creating a positive workplace culture? We are looking for a Human Resources Manager to be part of either one of our three London Marriott hotels.
As Human Resources Manager, you will lead the day-to-day HR function at the hotel, working closely with the General Manager, Director of Human Resources, and wider leadership team. You will support recruitment, employee relations, training and development, performance management, and HR compliance, helping create an environment where associates feel supported, valued, and able to perform at their best.
Please note these are three individual positions. This is not a Cluster or Multi-Property role. Each Human Resources Manager will be responsible for the HR function of their individual hotel.

What will you be doing?
- Lead and manage the day-to-day HR function, supporting the General Manager and hotel leadership team.
- Oversee recruitment and selection, working with managers to attract and hire the right people.
- Build relationships with local recruitment partners, colleges, and community organizations to develop talent pipelines.
- Coordinate new starter inductions and ensure associates receive the training and support they need.
- Support employee relations, including handling concerns, reviewing disciplinary documentation, and ensuring consistent processes.
- Promote open communication and maintain positive working relationships across the hotel.
- Ensure employee records and HR documentation are accurate, secure, and maintained in line with company procedures.
- Support compliance with employment requirements, Marriott policies, and hotel procedures.
- Work with managers to improve performance, employee engagement, and development.
- Support workplace health and safety initiatives, accident investigations, and relevant claims.
- Help create an inclusive working environment where associates feel respected, supported, and encouraged to reach their potential.
- Ensure HR processes are followed consistently and provide guidance to managers on HR matters.
What are we looking for?
We are looking for someone who is approachable, organized, and confident in managing a broad range of HR responsibilities within a busy hotel environment.
Ideally, You Will Have
- Previous experience in Human Resources, preferably within hospitality or hotel operations.
- A relevant HR, Business Administration, or equivalent qualification, or suitable professional experience.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training and development.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues at all levels.
- The confidence to advise managers, handle sensitive matters professionally, and make sound decisions.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly when managing employee records and HR documentation.
- A good understanding of HR compliance, confidentiality, and company policies and procedures.
- The ability to manage competing priorities and remain effective in a fast-paced environment.
- A genuine passion for supporting people, developing talent, and creating a positive workplace culture.
