About the company
One of the UK's fastest-growing satellite connectivity providers, and one of a very small number of companies authorised to resell both Starlink and Amazon Leo, alongside OneWeb.
Founded in 2014, the business has grown entirely organically with no external investment or venture capital. Now with offices across the UK plus operations in the US, Ireland, Australia and Brazil, and continuing to scale rapidly.
They deliver managed satellite, wireless and network solutions into some of the world's most demanding environments, spanning maritime, construction, energy, healthcare, transport and broadcast media. Clients range from public sector organisations to global broadcasters.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Alongside this, you'll be the person the business relies on for the harder end of HR, including:
- Disciplinaries and grievances, managed from start to resolution
- Personal disputes and culture issues, including conflict between colleagues
- Performance improvement plans, from setup through to outcome
- Terminations, handled correctly, fairly and with appropriate documentation
This isn't a role that exists purely to manage difficult situations. It's a chance to build a people function properly, with the credibility and trust to also handle its most sensitive moments well.

- Proven experience managing disciplinaries and grievances through to resolution, independently
- Able to balance empathy with commercial and legal considerations appropriately
- Naturally discreet, with sound judgement around sensitive information
- Calm and composed when situations are tense or emotionally charged
- Confident advising and, where necessary, challenging senior leadership
