Reading (Hybrid) | 3-Month Contract | Inside IR35
I'm supporting a Hunter Adams client who is looking for an experienced Interim HR Manager to join their team on an initial three month assignment.
This is a standalone role that would suit someone who enjoys working autonomously, building relationships quickly, and providing practical HR support across a broad range of people matters.

The successful candidate will be comfortable operating across the full HR generalist remit and able to make an immediate impact from day one.
What we're looking for:
- Strong HR generalist experience
- Previous experience operating in a standalone HR role
- Ability to build credibility quickly with managers and stakeholders
- International HR experience or exposure would be advantageous
- Available to start at short notice
