We're recruiting a HR Manager to join us at the Port of Felixstowe.
Please note, this is a fully office based role.
Role Overview
Specialising in the area of change management, the person in this role will ensure the timely transactional delivery of changes, using data, commercial awareness and good people practice.
Key Requirements
The successful candidate will be experienced in delivering key projects, with a background in a commercial HR environment, either working in a generalist capacity with complex workforce structures or with evidence of using significant analytical and problem-solving skills in a people focused environment.
