About the Job

A varied HR Officer role supporting 4 business units and managers, c300 employees, across the UK and Ireland, with a particular focus on recruitment, day-to-day HR operations, and full employee life cycle.

  • Managing recruitment, onboarding, and inductions.
  • Providing practical HR advice to managers and employees.
  • Supporting low to medium-level employee relations cases.
  • Attending meetings and producing accurate notes and documentation.
  • Supporting monthly payroll updates for around 250 employees.
  • Supporting wider HR activities across the business.
  • Occasional travel to other UK locations approximately once a month.

About the Successful Applicant

You'll have around three to five years' generalist HR experience, with good knowledge of recruitment, low-level employee relations, and HR administration. You'll be approachable, organized, and comfortable building relationships at all levels. CIPD qualifications would be beneficial but aren't essential.

What You Will Receive in Return

Alongside a salary of £35,000–£40,000, you'll join a supportive and friendly HR team with plenty of variety in your role. Hybrid working will be available once you're established, with business travel fully expensed and excellent exposure across a multi-site organization.
