Role Description/Criteria
Aquinas College wishes to appoint a dynamic, suitably experienced Human Resources Officer. This is a fixed term, parental leave, part-time, 0.4 - 0.6 FTE vacancy. The successful applicant will support the Assistant Principal – Staff and Human Resources Manager with providing support to the HR function across a range of key operations including recruitment, employment agreements, policy review and development, HR projects, and more.

Position Details
The successful applicant will be appointed as a Category C Education Support Employee, Level 3 (Catholic Education Multi-Enterprise Agreement 2022).
