As our international team continues to grow, we are looking for a Part-Time HR Officer to support our people across multiple locations and time zones.
Based from our London office, you will be a key point of contact for our global workforce, supporting colleagues and managers across London, Singapore, Delhi, Dubai and Houston.
This is a hands-on, varied role for an experienced HR professional who enjoys working in a growing business, is comfortable operating autonomously and wants to play an active role in shaping the people experience as the business evolves.
Alongside managing core employee lifecycle processes, you will provide practical advice and ad hoc support, help managers navigate people issues, and work with colleagues across the business to ensure our people processes remain effective as we grow.
You will also have genuine ownership of improving how we do things — from onboarding, probation and appraisals to policies, absence and leave processes — ensuring our approach remains consistent, engaging and fit for an increasingly international workforce.
A key part of the role will be helping us maintain a strong sense of connection and culture across our different locations, ensuring colleagues continue to feel part of one Quantum team, wherever they are based.
Responsibilities
- Own and maintain employee records, contracts and HR data within our HR software platforms
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding for employees across our international offices, ensuring a consistent and engaging employee experience
- Act as the first point of contact for employees and managers on day-to-day HR and people matters, providing practical advice, guidance and ad hoc support
- Support managers with performance, probation, absence, leave and other employee matters, escalating to specialist advice where appropriate
- Help develop and maintain a consistent employee experience across London, Singapore, Delhi, Dubai and Houston
- Work with colleagues across the business to strengthen communication, engagement and connection between our different offices and ensure employees continue to feel part of one global organization
- Develop and manage a global appraisal and performance review process
- Gather and respond to employee feedback to understand what is working well and where we can improve
- Turn employee feedback and business needs into practical people initiatives that improve the employee experience
- Keep up to date with employment legislation and HR requirements across our key international markets, working with regional advisers and our PEO where appropriate

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
